Below are the installation instructions for Installing the T-Track.
Since my track is (soft) plastic, it is a lot easier to install than some of the other track available. As always, reach out if you have any questions.
Heat the Track
...no "Flame" necessary! All you need is a cup of water, heated high in a microwave for 50 seconds...that is it!
Dip one end in the hot water for 40 seconds. Pull out and slowly begin to shape it. When the plastic is heated, it will become slightly flexible. Don't over shape it. Dip it back in the hot water and repeat the above steps until it is nicely shaped.
Cut the end of the T-Track, that you just bent, at the start of the curve so the it forms a pointed shape.
Stick this end into the Sterling Tube and measure the point where the opposite hole starts. Mark it on the t-track with a pencil. This Mark is where the next "bend" will start. From the Mark, measure up 2 inches and cut off the excess. This 2 inches will give you something to hold onto when you are forming the second bend.
With the track cut down and pencil mark on the track where the next bend needs to happen, follow the steps in the first step to heat up the track and bend it into necessary shape.
With the second bend done, install the track. Once the track is installed, I placed a small drop of super glue in the middle of the track to secure it. The track will fit snugg, but this ensures it stays on while trooping. Use wire to secure it too for screen accuracy.
That's it! Repeat these steps 5 more times. Reheat the water for each t-track you need to install.
